Terms of Service

Last updated: April 28, 2026

1. About the service

Bitfrost FX (“we”, “us”, “the service”) is a web-based graphics engine for live broadcasts — lower thirds, scoreboards, tickers and replays — for OBS, vMix and similar broadcast software. By creating an account and using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Account and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's permission, to create an account.

3. Subscription and payment

The service is offered as a monthly subscription. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No amount is charged to your card until the trial ends. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. — we do not store card details ourselves.

Prices are listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice via email.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use the service for unlawful activity or to infringe third-party rights,
  • attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions,
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code,
  • resell or rent the service without our written consent.

5. Intellectual property

Bitfrost FX, including all software, design and documentation, is owned by us. The content you create in the service (scenes, templates, media you upload) is owned by you. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content to the extent required to deliver the service.

6. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee that it will be free from interruptions or errors. Our liability towards you is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
