Refund Policy

1. 7-day free trial

All new accounts get a 7-day free trial. No amount is charged to your card during the trial. If you cancel before day 7 you are not charged anything.

2. Monthly subscription

Once the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel anytime via Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

Already-paid months are not refunded on cancellation, but no further charges are made.

3. Refund for technical issues

If a technical fault we caused prevents you from using the service for more than 48 consecutive hours, you can request a proportional refund for the affected period. Contact billing@bitfrostfx.com with a description of the problem.

4. Incorrect charge

If you have been charged by mistake — e.g. duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation — we refund the full amount within 5 business days. Contact us within 60 days of the charge.

5. EU right of withdrawal for digital services

Bitfrost FX is a digital service that is delivered immediately on activation. Under EU distance-selling law, the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers ends when you start using the service during the trial, which you expressly agree to at sign-up. The 7-day trial is our way to still let you try it risk-free.

6. How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@bitfrostfx.com from the email address the account is registered with.
  2. Include the invoice number or charge date.
  3. Briefly describe the reason.

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds reach your card within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
